My mission hasn`t changed, but over time, I realized the name created the wrong impression.
It sounded like I was helping health influencers or creators grow their brand.
Not executives, entrepreneurs, and team leads build energy systems that fit their demanding lives.
So I’m rebranding to Energy OS.
Because that`s what you get: Not a collection of health tips, but an operating system for consistent energy, built on the four pillars of movement, nutrition, recovery, and behavior.
Health is still the foundation.
But the name now reflects the true promise: More energy, fewer crashes, and a system that runs without constant willpower.
