Hey Abelardo,

thank you!

I’m figuring that out right now. It will be a combination of machine based and free weights.

They have that fancy and smart machines from gym, which adapts to the strength you put in and it has many different programs.

So, I’m switching roles for a moment: letting another PT look over my training.

Let’s see how it goes
